These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Brand Sentinel ("the Service"), operated by Vibrilliant ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Brand Sentinel is a subscription software service that monitors publicly available online sources for mentions of your brand, analyzes sentiment, and delivers alerts and reports based on the sources, keywords, and rules you configure.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. New accounts may start with a free trial; at the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (sources, scans, keywords, team members) are described on the pricing page and enforced by the Service.
You agree not to: misuse the Service or interfere with its operation; use it to violate any law or third-party rights, including the terms of the platforms from which public content is collected; attempt to access another organization's data; or resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the configuration and data you create in the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf, including collecting and analyzing publicly available content that matches your monitoring configuration.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Vibrilliant and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Monitoring results depend on the availability and accuracy of third-party sources, which we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version on this page. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact page.
